First know that you are not evicted until a judge says you are evicted That takes time. Landlord needs to give you written notice and reasonable time. Then he has to get a court hearing set and you have to be served notice giving you 7 days to answer to the court. If you do that on the last day it will be at least another week before a hearing is set usually little more. You have a right to catch up your rent and late charges and stay once in any 12 months.
